• Ride type (Daily/Rental/Outstation)
• Ride history (time, date, fare, vehicle type)
• Payment details (UPI ID, card info via payment gateway – not stored by us)
• Invoice, fare breakup, and cancellation info

D. Feedback & Communication

• Ratings, reviews, complaint tickets
• Interaction with customer support via chat, email, or call

3. How We Use Your Information

• Enable ride booking, real-time tracking, and driver assignment
• Calculate and display fares and invoices

A. Drivers

Only necessary information: Name, pickup/drop location, contact number (via masked calling)

B. Service Providers

Payment gateways, SMS/email providers, analytics tools – all partners follow strict confidentiality agreements

C. Legal Authorities

When required by law, court orders, or law enforcement. We never sell your data to third parties.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Your data is stored on secure cloud servers compliant with Indian data protection laws.

Ride and transaction history is retained for a minimum of 5 years for audit and legal purposes.

You may request deletion of your account/data at any time (subject to legal requirements).
